1. Introduction

Welcome to Emiroglu Machine. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including dismantling, assembling, packing, and preparing industrial machinery for shipment. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

Emiroglu Machine specializes in:

  • Dismantling and assembling industrial machinery.
  • Packing and preparing machinery for shipment.
  • Providing expert consultation on machinery handling.

Note: We do not provide transportation or shipping services.

3. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Full payment must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the contract.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate details regarding the machinery and work requirements.
  • Clients must ensure safe and accessible working conditions at the site.
  • Any permits, approvals, or third-party arrangements required for the work are the client’s responsibility.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe handling of machinery. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing machine conditions or improper handling after our work is completed.
  • We do not assume liability for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or third-party actions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
  • Work already completed before cancellation will be chargeable.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkiye and USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of these countries.

9. Changes to Terms

Emiroglu Machine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
